Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of MyMusicHub. By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise accessing or using MyMusicHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service
MyMusicHub is an online community where musicians, producers, artists, engineers, and other creators can share music and related content, exchange feedback, find collaborators, and take part in battles, challenges, rankings, or similar features.
In these Terms, “MyMusicHub,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of the service. “You” means any person who visits or uses it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use interactive features. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you may use MyMusicHub only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the service where prohibited by law or after we have permanently removed your account, unless we give you written permission to return.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep it reasonably current, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
You may not impersonate anyone, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use misleading account information. We may require changes to a username, profile, or account information that violates these Terms, infringes another person’s rights, creates confusion, or presents a safety risk.
Report suspected unauthorized access to yungcholesterol@gmail.com.
4. Your content and rights
You keep ownership of content you submit, including music, beats, instrumentals, recordings, vocals, stems, samples, artwork, profile information, comments, feedback, messages, and links.
You may submit content only if you have all rights, licenses, permissions, clearances, and consents needed to use and share it. You are responsible for rights involving samples, loops, beats, vocals, performances, artwork, trademarks, and recordings created or owned by others.
Posting content on MyMusicHub does not register copyright, clear samples, establish ownership, create a split sheet, or replace a written agreement.
5. License to operate the service
You grant MyMusicHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, convert, display, play, distribute through the service, and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide MyMusicHub according to the features and settings you choose.
This license does not transfer ownership. It ends when the content is deleted, except that copies may remain temporarily in backups or longer when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, or enforcement. Copies made or saved by other users may remain outside our control.
6. Public sharing
Content posted publicly may be viewed, played, copied, recorded, downloaded, quoted, linked, or shared by others. Do not post confidential material or anything you are not prepared to make public.
MyMusicHub cannot guarantee that users will follow requested credits, licenses, or restrictions. Use a separate written agreement whenever ownership, payment, confidentiality, exclusivity, credit, or royalties matter.
7. Feedback, collaborations, and user deals
User feedback may be subjective, inaccurate, incomplete, harsh, or unhelpful. We do not guarantee that you will receive feedback or that it will improve your work.
MyMusicHub may help users find one another, but it is not a party to collaborations, commissions, licenses, employment arrangements, payments, royalty splits, or other agreements between users. We do not verify a user’s identity, skills, ownership claims, authority, or ability to pay. Users are responsible for evaluating each other and documenting their own terms.
8. Battles, challenges, rankings, and votes
Unless separate official rules state otherwise, these features are community activities, not professional evaluations, certifications, contracts, or promises of a prize.
You may not buy, automate, exchange, manipulate, or fraudulently obtain votes, reactions, views, rankings, or other engagement. We may remove suspicious activity, adjust results, disqualify entries, or cancel a feature to protect fairness or the service.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not use MyMusicHub to:
- Upload or share content you do not have permission to use.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, exploit, or target another person.
- Post unlawful hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or violent content.
- Share another person’s private information without permission.
- Impersonate anyone or make false claims about identity, affiliation, ownership, credits, or experience.
- Send spam, scams, deceptive promotions, or repeated unwanted messages.
- Upload malware, harmful code, corrupted files, or material intended to damage or disrupt a device, account, or service.
- Access or attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or features without authorization.
- Scrape, harvest, copy, or index service data through automated means without written permission.
- Use bots or scripts to create accounts, post content, manipulate engagement, or place an unreasonable load on the service.
- Bypass security measures, rate limits, access controls, suspensions, or technical restrictions.
- Use the service for unlawful activity or help another person break the law.
10. Moderation and account action
We may investigate reports and remove, hide, restrict, preserve, label, or disable access to content. We may also limit features, reset manipulated activity, block access, suspend accounts, or permanently close accounts.
We may act when we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms or the law, infringes rights, threatens safety or security, disrupts the service, or creates material risk. We are not required to monitor every post, provide advance notice, or resolve every user dispute.
We may preserve or disclose information to law enforcement or other authorities when permitted or required by law.
11. Copyright complaints
To report alleged copyright infringement, email yungcholesterol@gmail.com with:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The exact URL or location of the reported content.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may restrict or remove reported content and may terminate repeat infringers. Knowingly false or abusive reports may result in account action and legal liability.
12. MyMusicHub materials
MyMusicHub’s original software, code, branding, design, text, graphics, and features are owned by or licensed to MyMusicHub. You may use them only as needed to use the service. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit protected parts of the service except where the law expressly permits it.
You may send suggestions. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you allow us to use them without payment, confidentiality obligations, or other restrictions.
13. Third-party services and links
MyMusicHub relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, storage, and sign-in, and may link to third-party websites or content. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
We do not control or guarantee third-party content, security, availability, or conduct.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how MyMusicHub collects, uses, stores, and shares information and describes available privacy choices and rights.
15. Service changes, availability, and backups
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time. The service may experience maintenance, outages, security incidents, compatibility problems, errors, or data loss. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
MyMusicHub is not a backup or permanent storage service. Keep independent copies of music, files, messages, credits, contracts, and other important information.
16. Ending use of the service
You may stop using MyMusicHub at any time and may request account deletion through available account tools or by contacting us.
Provisions that must logically continue after termination remain effective, including provisions concerning ownership, limited retained licenses, disputes, disclaimers, liability, and responsibility for claims.
17. Disclaimers
MyMusicHub is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability. We do not guarantee results, safety, user conduct, content quality, or that the service will meet your needs.
These Terms do not limit any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyMusicHub and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, opportunities, data, files, goodwill, or reputation, arising from or related to the service or a dispute between users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to MyMusicHub during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Where applicable law does not permit a limitation, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted.
19. Your responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyMusicHub and its operator from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, conduct, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from MyMusicHub’s own unlawful conduct.
20. Disputes and governing law
Before filing a lawsuit, each side agrees to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Notices to MyMusicHub must be sent to yungcholesterol@gmail.com.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by Massachusetts law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding must be filed in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Norfolk County, Massachusetts. Either side may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, our practices, or the law. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes.
Your continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revisions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
22. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and MyMusicHub concerning the service unless a separate written agreement expressly controls.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service.
23. Contact
